Program Policies

Non-Discrimination

Safe Recovery, LLC does not discriminate among exam Candidates (applicants?) on the basis of gender, age, race, national origin, religion, creed, ancestry, disability, family or martial status.

Confidentiality – Release of Information

Both Safe Recovery, LLC and its testing agency are committed to protecting the confidentiality of Candidates’ records. For this reason, exam scores are never released by telephone or fax, even to Candidates. Email is considered confidential unless the Candidate refuses to use email to communicate with Safe Recovery.

Information regarding Candidate scores is never released to any third party. Verification of the certified status of an individual, however, is provided upon receipt of a written request. Neither Safe Recovery nor its certification committee members, or their respective staff are involved with the handling or scoring of any exam in any way. This is the testing agency’s responsibility.
